I don’t know why God entrusted me with such a large family. It definitely wasn’t MY idea. I just don’t think I have what it takes. BUT GOD. So here I am. And I’m so, so grateful.

Words from our pastor back in 2002. (We were expecting our second child. “Isn’t anybody gonna prophesy that they’re going to have a bunch of kids? [Laughter] The Lord is pleased with you because your heart and your mind and your life is built on increase, that you’re excited about increase. And that’s an expanding vision. Just let God be the one that decides how, OK?”

I imagine you are in the middle of end of school year activities for all of your wonderful children, with a special emphasis on Cooper’s graduation. Praying for God’s peace over your household and in your hearts. Love always.
